Who we are

Middlesbrough Decking is a trading name of 360 Media Works Ltd, company number 12691769, registered office Varsity House, C/O A E Scott & Co, Falcon Court, Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3TS. It is responsible, as the data controller, for what happens to the information you give us on middlesbroughdecking.co.uk. Privacy questions are welcome at info@middlesbroughdecking.co.uk.

Form processing and transfers

Our enquiry form is run by HighLevel, trading as LeadConnector, which is based in the USA; it is served from api.leadconnectorhq.com. HighLevel acts as our processor and keeps enquiry records on our behalf. That can involve sending your information to the US, where it is covered by the safeguards set out in HighLevel's data processing agreement.

Checking you are not a bot

Submissions pass through Cloudflare Turnstile, an alternative to picture puzzles that confirms you are human. Some fonts and scripts for the form are loaded from its provider's servers. We don't run marketing or Facebook pixels.

Website hosting and analytics

We use Cloudflare to host and secure this website, so it processes standard technical information like IP addresses. We don't measure visitors with analytics software or use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Cookies and browser storage

Like most embedded forms, ours needs some browser storage. The provider's servers see technical information (IP address, browser type) and set the __cf_bm security cookie. Local storage keys beginning v2_ or v3_ record your visit so the enquiry shows the page you used, and form_progress_ saves your place in the form. Clearing your browser data removes them; the cookie notice has the full list.

Information you give us

Using the form means sharing your name, phone number, email address, postcode and, if you wish, a message. We need these to get back to you and arrange a quote. The site does not ask you to register.

Sharing your details

Only our own team and the service providers named on this page see your enquiry, and only so it can be dealt with. We do not trade personal data, and we don't let others use it for sales calls.

How long details are held

We hold enquiries for up to two years from the last time we heard from you. After that they are erased.

The legal grounds we rely on

We process your details because you asked us to (steps taken at your request before a possible contract) and because answering enquiries is a legitimate interest of ours.

What you can ask us to do

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email info@middlesbroughdecking.co.uk to make a request. We will reply within one month.

Raising a concern

You have the right to complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), if you think we have mishandled your information.
